A: You can be prepared by helping our drivers deliver heating oil efficiently and safely to as many customers as possible each day. Here’s how:

Please make sure that the path to your oil fill pipe is clear by removing any obstacles. If snow has fallen, please shovel a path to the tank whenever possible.

Please clear ice and snow from your driveway and mark its edges. This helps our drivers navigate driveways, especially steep ones. Remember, just because your car can get down your driveway doesn’t necessarily mean that our 3,500-gallon fuel trucks can, too!
