Please note: The Upgrade and Save rebate program will temporarily pause from September 29 through October 1, 2026, for the program’s second fund reallocation. The program is expected to reopen on October 1, 2026, with rebates available through December 31, 2026, subject to available funding. You can apply to the state to receive up to $500 for a new high-efficiency oil-fueled boiler or furnace and/or $500 for a new aboveground heating oil storage tank, for up to $1,000 in rebates per household. These rebates are in addition to any other financing or tax credits which may be available.
