Upgrade & Save Begins April 1st

The Pennsylvania Petroleum Association (PPA) is pleased to announce the relaunch of the Upgrade & Save PA Rebate Program for 2022.  All registered dealers can now offer their customers a total rebate of up $500 or a new high-efficiency furnace, a new high-efficiency boiler, and/or a new aboveground storage tank.  This program will officially begin on April 1, 2022.

The UPGRADE AND SAVE – PA Energy Efficiency and Safety Rebates have been developed to promote the installation of higher-efficiency oil-fueled heating equipment and safety-reinforced aboveground storage tanks in Pennsylvania.  Research has proven that property owners with new, higher-efficiency equipment are more satisfied with their comfort and their comfort provider.

This program is offered through PPA with funding from the National Oilheat Research Alliance (NORA). Shortway Service is now a participating member of this program.

These limited rebates are a pass-through directly to YOU, THE CUSTOMER – thanks to NORA and the PPA, you will receive a check from NORA to offset the cost of your upgrade.  The property must be in Pennsylvania, and the rebates can only be processed by a qualified, registered Oilheat dealer.

The thousands of dollars in savings, and the benefits to our neighborhoods, will be used by NORA to quantify the program.

Sincerely,
Ray Shaffer, General Manager
